The gap we were built for.

Every creative agency hits the same wall. A client asks for social media. You either say no, refer them out, or hire a freelancer and hope it works. The unit economics of building a real in-house social team almost never make sense for a small agency. Hiring a social media manager costs $4,500 to $7,500 a month before benefits, and one cancellation breaks the math.

At the same time, the existing wholesale options were thin. Fulfillment-only vendors handled content but not strategy, scheduling, video, community, or QA. Marketplaces rotated freelancers monthly and quality drifted. Nothing was built specifically to make a partner agency's economics work.

We built Social Hackettes to be the missing layer. One stack, one partner, one set of margins that actually work for a small agency adding social as a real revenue line.
