Day 0
You are approved.
After your discovery call, if we are both a fit, you sign a partner agreement. The clock starts when the agreement is countersigned.
Day 1
Partner dashboard live.
You receive login credentials for your partner dashboard. Your welcome packet includes onboarding videos, your account manager's contact details, and the brief template you will use for every new client account.
Day 2 to 3
First client account brief submitted.
You submit your first client account through the partner dashboard. The brief covers brand voice, content pillars, target audience, platform priorities, and any client-specific guardrails.
Day 4 to 5
Workspace built. Content production starts.
We build the project workspace for that client, set up scheduling and reporting access, and brief our content production partner. Drafts begin flowing into the workspace for your review.
Day 6 to 7
First posts live.
After QA review and your sign-off, first posts go live on your client's social accounts. Community management begins automatically. You receive a confirmation in the project workspace.

Content needs a revision. What is the turnaround?+
Leave a comment in the project workspace. Standard turnaround is 48 business hours on Starter, 24 hours on Studio and Agency. Most revisions land same-day in practice.
My client wants to pivot their content direction. How fast can you adjust?+
Submit a revised brief through the project workspace. We confirm direction inside 1 business day and the new content cycle reflects the change within 5 business days.
A post went out with a typo. What now?+
Flag it in the project workspace. We correct or unpublish the post the same day. Every error is logged for QA process improvements.
My client wants to add another platform mid-month.+
Submit the platform addition through the partner dashboard. Pricing for the additional platform is prorated and the new platform is live in your scheduling tool within 3 business days.
My client wants to cancel. What is the process?+
Submit a 30-day notice through the partner dashboard. The account stays live for the notice period, then closes. If your account count drops you into a lower tier, your per-account rate adjusts the following billing cycle.
I have a question that does not fit any of these.+
