Direct clients
Most of our work runs through our wholesale agency partners. The direct client roster is intentionally small. We take a few new direct clients each year, by referral from existing clients, partners, or our own network. No public marketing, no cold inbound.
The direct client list is people we already know, or people referred by people we already know. The pattern that fits us best is below.

Direct engagements start at $1,497 per month with a 3-month minimum. Most direct clients stay multiple years.
We do not accept cold direct applications. If you found us through search, social media, or a recommendation that did not come from someone inside our network, the right next step is usually one of our wholesale partner agencies. Our partners offer the full Hackettes stack under their own brands, often at price points more accessible than our direct rate. Ask the creative or branding agency you already work with whether they offer social media, and if not, whether they have considered becoming a Hackettes wholesale partner.

You get the same operational stack our wholesale partners get: a project workspace, a scheduling and reporting platform, content production, premium video, community management, and a QA layer. Nothing watered down.
The relationship.
You work directly with Kim, the founder. Monthly strategy sessions, weekly content reviews, and a shared project workspace where everything lives. Direct clients get founder access that wholesale partners do not.
The cadence.
Direct engagements run on a 3-month minimum with month-to-month continuation after. Most direct clients stay on for years. We onboard new direct clients on a rolling basis but cap the total roster at a number that lets us give every client real attention.
The application is short. We respond within 5 business days to qualified inquiries. If we do not have capacity in our current roster, we will tell you and offer to connect you with one of our wholesale partners instead.
Direct relationships are the part of this business we built first. We keep the roster small on purpose. If we work together, it will look more like a long partnership than a vendor arrangement, and that is the only way we know how to do it well.
